BSc (Hons) Ost Med, Dip APNT
Andrew Oliver Registered Osteopath
Andrew trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London and developed his clinical expertise in the consultant-led Musculoskeletal Department at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. He also lectured in intermediate and advanced osteopathic technique at Oxford Brookes University.
His journey into osteopathy began following a serious skiing accident at the age of 26, in which he broke his neck. While initial treatment in Vancouver stabilised the injury, it was an osteopath in London who helped him fully recover. That life-changing experience inspired a long-overdue career change—and a deep appreciation for the power of osteopathy.
Andrew’s treatments blend classical osteopathy, cranial osteopathy, sports massage, and modern medical acupuncture. He may also prescribe a tailored exercise plan to support your recovery and long-term health.
What to expect: Treatment is very hands-on, so please wear loose, comfortable clothing. If acupuncture is part of your care, access to bare skin may be required. Andrew works from Room 2 on the first floor of the practice, accessible via a flight of stairs.
Andrew is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the London Osteopathic Society, the Academy of Physical Medicine, the Institute of Classical Osteopathy and the Institute of Osteopathy.
He is registered with most healthcare providers, but please note that he does not accept BUPA or AXA PPP patients.
Please note: Andrew does not treat children under the age of 7. For paediatric care, please contact Augusta, Claire, Marina, Hannah, or Jess.
